We perform as a string duo, string trio, and string quartet in the Richmond metropolitan and surrounding areas for wedding ceremonies, receptions, corporate events, and private gatherings.

The Richmond, Va String Quartet, Trio and Duo is a group of professional, experienced, and dependable musicians. They specialize in weddings, corporate events, private dinners, and more. Our experience allows us to work individually with each client to ensure the success of our performance and of the event as a whole.
We play over 150 wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions each year. This means we have mastered the skills of timing, flexibility, and performance and we accomodate for a variety of wedding traditions and song requests. Our vast repertoire ranges from classical and traditional pieces to pop and jazz. If you don't see your favorite song listed in our repertoire, please request it and we will do our best to learn it for your event.

I could not have been more pleased with the String Poets Quartet! They sounded beautiful, were professional, and they were extremely grateful to have been a part of the ceremony. I had quite a few special request and they performed them above and beyond what I could have ever expected!

Mr. Radhi Santos and his quartet provided an out standing performance for our 4th annual awards banquet where we had nearly 200 guests in attendance. His quartet arrived promptly and was ready to perform when our event started. The String Poets added the polish to our event that helped put it over the top. Many guests commented on the quality of their performance and the value that it added to the ambiance of the evening. We will certainly be contacting String Poets for our event next year.

Extraordinary musicians and professionals, the String poets hit every challenging entry, page turn and pause. As a modest singer, I would recommend String Poets to enhance any gig. The String Poets did an amazing job providing all the music for our wedding, from ceremony processional and recessional to cocktail hour to reception! These musicians are amazing, incredibly professional, and their sound is amazing. They also have an incredible repertoire, and had all of the pieces we wanted for our Jewish ceremony. Radhi Santos, the contact for the String Poets, was fantastic to work with- he was always very approachable and dedicated to making sure that we got exactly the lovely string quartet music we wanted. All in all, fantastic!! I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you. You and your group did an amazing job at our wedding reception. The music was absolutely beautiful and I could not have asked for anything better. Your professionalism was amazing and we got so many compliments on you guys. My only regret is that I did not get the chance to thank you personally after the ceremony. You definitely made our ceremony more special and gave it that romantic touch we were looking for. Again, thank you so much.
